Politecnico di Torino
Collaboration with the Politecnico di Torino started many years ago and still continues, producing important results.
First collaboration was with Prof. Romeo and concerning HeliPlat, a European project to develop a high-altitude, solar powered UAV; Porto Ricerca provided CFD softwares and assistance for the development of the aircraft aerodynamics.
Porto Ricerca support to Prof. Romeo team continued for many years and now concern ENFICA project, for the development of a fuel-cells powered aircraft. Another important collaboration was with Prof. Gili and concerned the calculation of aerodynamic characteristics and stability derivatives of a twin-hull airship, developed by Nautilus SpA.
